Mabuhay!
Hello! I am Tina! I am a proud Filipino-American from Killeen, TX!I received a Bachelor of Art in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M Central Texas.
Fifteen years ago, I was devastated when my mom was diagnosed with a terminal illness. What life I thought was my own became someone else's. I became a caretaker. The years that followed were the darkest and most painful years I had lived. I grew in ways I did not expect.Five years ago, I found myself Lost. Purposeless. Confused. Alone. I needed to get still and quiet, and I needed to connect with my heart. My heart was calling me back to my dreams as a healer: Therapy.

Philosophy
I believe Therapy is a miracle drug, figuratively speaking. By developing healthy practices, understanding our story through the lens of the heart, and seeking our own healing, we can learn to dance in the rain of any storm until a new Sunny Day arrives.
Methodology
I use a variety of tools for therapy. These include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Role Play Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Group Therapy, Multi-Systemic Therapy, and Therapeutic Mindfulness Based Stress Relief.
